Company ReviewA All Animal Control

18 min read| Updated for March, 2019

A All Animal Control Wildlife works hard on giving the best customer service they possibly can, and with the exception of a few franchises they live up to that task. The fact that they’ve grown so quickly in just over two decades should be a concern, but they are taking Nuisance Wildlife Management seriously and taking care of people’s wildlife problems.

Customer Support & Consumer Reviews

Word on the Street

Reviews of A All Animal Control Wildlife vary by location, but for the most part, had solid 4- and 5-star ratings across the board. We did note one city (Denver, Colorado) that has statistically bad reviews, which speaks to its particular franchise. Overall though, consumers claimed they were prompt, efficient and effective, polite and friendly.

Punctuality and Professionalism

As a 24/7 service, A All Animal Control Wildlife is accustomed to receiving calls in the middle of the night, and from the reviews we read, were prompt in responding within hours of a call. Technicians were cited as knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

“This morning we were awakened at 3:30am by our alarm system motion detector going off. The police came and found that it was a bat that had gotten into our house and was flying around and set off the alarm. They got it closed off in our office and we called Troy Pena at A All Animal Control to ask if he could come and get the bat out of our home. They are on call 24/7. He came out and captured the live bat and put it in a cage and looked all around for any more that might have been in our home or outside.”

Clark, Leawood, KS

Persistence

Where some companies insist on long term package or repeated treatments, A All Animal Control Wildlife comes in, gets the job done, and you only hear from them again if you encounter another problem—and then you call them.

“It was apparent that I had a skunk who took up residence under my deck. One of the dogs had gotten too curious and she reeked.  I called A All and he was out that day to set traps.  I was shocked to see his truck back in front of my house around 7:30 Sat morning to pick up the traps and showed me (from a distance) the little critter in there.  And, though skunks are completely irritating, I do appreciate the fact that he releases the animals later.
I was just about finished with this review when he showed up at my door this morning and gave me some cash because he thought he overcharged me from what he originally quoted.  Not only quick and efficient but honest!”

Anne, Overland Park, KS

Effectiveness

Many of the reviewers were surprised by the effectiveness of the technicians, some even stating they went above and beyond.

“Would hire them again and again.  They wasted no time coming out to assess the problem.  Out the next day to service the property.  Professional and efficient service.  We had rats in our attic. They sealed up all the places critters could get in and got the rats out!”

Susan, Austin, TX

A Word About Reviews…

It can be difficult to judge pest control companies using online reviews: negative reviews tend to outnumber positive reviews for all companies. But looking at negative and positive reviews can give consumers some idea of the trends in a company’s performance.

PRO

They will keep working at your wildlife problem until there’s a solution or else they’ll refund your money.

CON

The company doesn’t offer free inspections for residential infestation.

Cost

Wildlife removal costs vary in the industry depending on the animal you’re dealing with as well as the techniques that are required for removal. Some exclusions vary by project and location, and some infestations require an inspection beforehand. For example, the cost to remove a bat or bird infestation that’s inside your home will be upwards of thousands of dollars including the cleanup, while removing a single snake may be closer to $100. Thus, most companies do not list prices on their website. That said, we were able to get a break down on some of A All Animal Control Wildlife’s basic services, quoted for Nashville, Tennessee.

Trapping & Prevention

In the case of wildlife that needs to be trapped (skunks, raccoons, possums, armadillos) A All Animal Control Wildlife charges $299* (based on a Nashville, TN trapping), which includes an assessment of the infestation, the laying of several traps, and one pickup. Each pickup following is an additional $99 until the exclusion is complete. Two or three animals in one trap still counts as one pickup. If no other traps are triggered, the technician will return at a later date to collect the traps.

*in Nashville, TN the trapping fee for groundhogs is $379

Inspection

When it comes to an infestation of your home, attic, basement, or walls, a full inspection is required. The inspection itself is $79 (base on a Nashville, TN inspection) and then a treatment plan will be determined by the technician for evacuation and prevention.

No Annual Contract

As A All Animal Control Wildlife specializes in resolving wildlife conflicts as they occur, there is no annual contract. A All Animal Control Wildlife strives for client satisfaction and states if they cannot resolve your wildlife problem, they would like to examine the problem further or you receive a complete refund.
